How This Works

Thirty fixed daily tasks, starting easy and gradually getting bigger, laid out as a checklist. Check off days in any order — there’s no requirement to go in sequence or do them on consecutive days.

Common Mistake to Avoid

Trying to catch up by doing five days at once after falling behind usually leads to burning out and abandoning the whole challenge. Doing one day every few days instead is fine — the order doesn’t matter, just the completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to do the days in order?
No — check off whichever day’s task you’re doing, in whatever order fits your week. The tasks get bigger as the list goes on, but nothing stops you from jumping ahead or catching up later.
What happens when I finish all 30?
You’ll see a completion message and a few suggestions for what to do next, based on the kind of momentum a 30-day challenge tends to build.
